1) I will correspond with you to discuss exactly what your organization's specific needs and goals are for training, the culture of your workplace, where you are in your market and what training could bring you to the next level.
2) You will know costs of The Relationship Manager's time and talent ahead of time in the form of a complete proposal which will cover objectives and outcomes of the program.
3) When you book The Relationship Manager for training, I will be on time, prepared, easily available for consultation, and keep you informed of my whereabouts and any travel glitches.
4) I will remain in close contact with the meeting planner to cover what my Audio/Visual needs are and be flexible in working with a combination of what's available at the site and what equipment I can bring.
5) The presentation/training you book will be informative, interesting and humorous, and create an environment in which your people will learn skills and understand the concepts presented. I will be flexible with unexpected events or scheduling issues on the training day that aren't attributable to me.
6) I will be available for consultation after my presentation. I will offer audience members the opportunity to sign up for my email newsletter and will respond to emails and questions within 24 hours.
7) You will be billed promptly after the program and all costs will be broken down and receipts for expenses provided. The Relationship Manager will be sensitive to your bottom line and be reasonable and considerate in my use of room charges, incidental expenses, and travel costs.
8) The Relationship Manager will behave professionally, never using off-color humor or embarrassing the organization or any member of it. I will be honest with you at all times about all aspects of the program.
